Registration Information

Participation in the inaugural ISSCR Annual Meeting is limited to registered attendees.

Full meeting registration includes admission to all ISSCR educational sessions, exhibits, poster sessions, group meal functions, social events, admission to the General Motors Cancer Research Foundation Annual Scientific Conference, and meeting materials, including the final program and proceedings.

Your payment must be received by May 1 to qualify for the early registration fee.

Faxed registration forms that do not contain credit card information do not qualify as an early paid registration. ISSCR membership is on an individual basis.

To qualify for the member registration rate, the registrant must be a current member of ISSCR. If you preregister, you may pick up your registration packet and badge at the ISSCR registration desk.

After May 1, you must pay the late registration fee. You may also register on site at the meeting.

Student Registration
Student registration includes admission to all educational sessions, exhibits, poster sessions, group meal functions, social events, the General Motors Cancer Research Foundation Scientific Conference and meeting educational materials.

Proof of full-time student status is required to register at the student rate.

Companions
Companion registration includes admission to all social and networking events. To register an accompanying person, the registration must be submitted with a full-meeting registration form.

Faxed registrations qualify as paid registrations only when credit card payment information is included. If you fax a registration form with credit card information, please DO NOT mail an additional copy.

Payment Confirmation
Attendees will receive written confirmation from ISSCR headquarters. If you do not receive written confirmation after two weeks, call ISSCR headquarters at 847-509-1944.

Due to registration and payment processing time, we will be unable to confirm a registration earlier than two weeks from the date it is submitted. Meeting registrations will only be processed with a check, credit card number or bank transfer of funds.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by Thursday, May 1 will be subject to a $75 cancellation charge. No refunds will be given after May 1. Substitutions are allowed at any time, but must be submitted in writing and must be of the same membership status.

Note: Telephone registrations are not accepted. Submitting an abstract does not register you for the meeting.
